A noon taekwondo class is available to home school families at HMD on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 to 1pm. Home
school students may attend class free for up to four weeks before deciding whether or not to sign up. The instructor is owner
Master Namsoo Hyong, a seventh degree black belt who has run the academy for 26 years. His program is non-competitive and stresses
self-discipline, respect and personal development. This class is open to all ranks. Interested students (and parents!)
are welcome to stop in and try it out – just dress in loose-fitting clothes and be prepared to learn some basic moves. An article
about Master Hyong and his schools is available at http://www.illinimedia.com/di/news/1001.
